Hey, I’m RSL — an Engineer focused on simplifying Microsoft 365, Azure, AI and Cybersecurity for real-world IT environments.
Most of my work revolves around enterprise break-fix environments where systems, platforms, and collaboration services are expected to work seamlessly — until they suddenly do not. That is where I step in.
Over the years, I’ve worked across Microsoft 365 ecosystems supporting SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, permissions governance, collaboration platforms, escalations, and enterprise troubleshooting within large-scale environments.
I enjoy simplifying complicated technical problems into practical explanations that people can actually understand and use. Whether it is identifying root causes, handling escalations, improving administrative workflows, or automating repetitive tasks using PowerShell, I believe useful technology should never feel unnecessarily complicated.
ORSLEN was built from that same mindset.
The internet already has enough clickbait, overcomplicated explanations, fake reviews, and recycled technical content. ORSLEN is my attempt to create something calmer, clearer, and genuinely useful for IT admins, learners, and modern infrastructure professionals.
